From silos to synergy:
How I helped this leadership team enhance performance

Overview

In this project, I helped a construction company’s leadership team transform from a disconnected group into a cohesive, highly effective unit. By fostering trust, authentic connections, and ensuring clarity, the team was empowered to collaborate seamlessly across departments. Silos were broken down, significantly enhancing overall well-being and organisational performance.

Through a carefully facilitated process, team members gained valuable insights into team dynamics and how their respective personality traits influenced their interactions. This increased conscious self-awareness laid the foundation for building a culture with greater psychological safety, and more cohesive collaboration, enabling the team to achieve new levels of productivity.

The Challenge

Next, we clarified their shared team goal, defined roles and responsibilities, and established behavioural norms to foster psychological safety and ensure greater team effectiveness.
