Creating clarity within your entire team with the company’s North Star requires time for thorough discussion to ensure team alignment. It’s essential to not only cover the core areas but also ensure each leader understands how they fit into the bigger picture. That’s why this process is broken into a series of workshops to ensure alignment at every level and so you’ll get clarity on the company:

  1. Purpose: Understanding your ‘why’—the core reason for your existence and the value you bring to the world beyond profit.
  2. Values: Your core principles and beliefs that guide the organisation’s behavior, decision-making, and interactions  internally and externally.
  3. Vision: Your forward-looking statement that outlines where you’re heading and what you aspire to achieve in the future.
  4. Mission: Clarifying what you do and how you fulfill purpose and vision.
  5. Strategy: Your roadmap, detailing how you’ll achieve your vision and deliver on your  mission.

The FAQ

How does the programme start?
A programme will always start with a non-binding conversation between us. The purpose is to make sure we’re aligned on values, objectives, timelines, resources, and more before proceeding.

What does the assessment involve?
The assessment consists of an online test lasting 30-60 minutes. Individual feedback sessions are scheduled for 1.5 hours to go over the results in detail.

How long do the workshops run?
Workshops are conducted over the course of a full day, six hours, ensuring there’s enough time for thorough exploration of the topics.

Where can the programme be held?
The programme can take place at my premises in Søborg, or at your office, depending on your preference.

Is the programme refundable?
The programme is non-refundable. Additionally, out of respect for my other clients, workshop dates cannot be rescheduled once booked.

How many participants can join the programme?
Each workshop can accommodate up to 15 participants, allowing for a focused and engaging group dynamic.

Is the programme tailored to our needs?
Yes, the programme will be customised to fit your leadership team’s unique challenges and goals, ensuring that it directly addresses your specific needs.

Are materials included?
All necessary materials and resources will be provided throughout the programme to support your learning and implementation.

Follow-up or support:
To ensure progress, each workshop will begin with a follow-up session on your team’s development. If you require additional follow-up between workshops or ongoing support after the programme concludes, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

What about confidentiality?
Everything shared during assessments, conversations, and workshops is strictly confidential and covered by non-disclosure agreements.
