Every programme starts with a non-binding conversation to ensure we’re aligned on key elements such as values, objectives, finances, timelines, and practicalities.

And it’s our opportunity to discuss your leadership team’s specific needs and challenges, ensuring the programme is tailored to help you get the most out of the process.

Yes, while the programme follows an overall design and step-by-step structure, we’ll consistently adapt the focus of the workshops to address your team’s current situation and challenges as they arise.–Of course to ensure that the programme remains responsive to your team’s evolving needs and support your transformation.

Depending on the programme you choose, it’ll run over the course of three to seven months from your first booked workshop.

To maintain team momentum and ensure steady progress, it’s recommended to schedule workshops with maximum 3–4 weeks in between.

The assessment consists of an online test that takes 30-60 minutes to complete.

Afterwards, each team member will receive a personal report with their test results, followed by a 1.5-hour individual feedback session with me to review the results. In addition all of you will get personal leadership sparring aimed at upgrading your leadership.

No, you don’t.

At the end of each workshop, you’ll receive consciousness-building materials designed to prompt individual and team reflection, observation, and discussion. These resources are meant to support and stimulate your process, keeping your transformation on track between workshops.

When we meet for the next session, we’ll follow up on your learnings at the beginning of the workshop to ensure the sessions stay aligned with your progress.

However, I recommend noting your findings and reflections throughout the process, so you can easily recall what has unfolded between workshops when we meet.

Yes, all necessary materials to support your growth and transformation will be provided during each workshop throughout the programme.

I can accommodate up to 20 participants, though I recommend limiting the group to 8-10 people to allow for a more focused and engaging group dynamic.

We can meet at my premises in Søborg, or at your offices, depending on your preference.

Workshops are conducted over the course of a full day, lasting six hours, ensuring there’s ample time for thorough exploration of each topic.

You’ll be responsible for booking the workshops, and once enrolled, you’ll receive a link to do so. To make this transformative experience as smooth as possible for your team, creating consistency will help reduce mental load, giving your brain one less thing to track. I recommend booking workshops on the same day every 3rd or 4th week.

Please note, out of respect for my other clients and because I only work with a limited number of leaders, workshops cannot be rescheduled once booked. I encourage you to carefully consider your commitment to the journey before scheduling to ensure everyone is fully dedicated to the transformation process.

The more time you invest in your team’s transformation, the faster you’ll progress and see results.

That said, I understand your time is limited. You should plan to invest 6 hours for each workshop, plus at least 1 hour a week between sessions to implement changes and achieve significant results.

The key to upgrading your leadership team lies in your commitment, consistency, and taking inspired action daily.

Each workshop begins with a follow-up session to address your team’s current situation, challenges, and development. Beyond this, no additional support is included in the base programme. The programme is designed for your team to support one another and hold each other accountable for progress.

However, if your team or specific members require additional support between workshops—such as phone calls or online meetings—this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Everything shared during assessments, conversations, and workshops is handled strictly confidential.

Because I only work with a limited number of leaders, the programme is non-refundable once you’ve enrolled.

By enrolling and accessing the workshop materials, you’re committing to the process of growing and transforming your leadership.

With my step-by-step coaching and workshop programmes—and the success of leaders before you—I can confidently say this programme is designed to take you from A to Z as practically as possible.

However, to achieve the results you’re aiming for, your team must show up, stay committed, and consistently put in the work.
