The programme has an overall design and structure that you’ll follow to support your transformation. You and I will adapt our focus to fit your unique goals and challenges ensuring that it directly addresses your areas of development.
The programme runs over the course of six months from the day you book your seat. To ensure you maintain momentum and progress, we’ll meet every second week.
During the programme, you’ll receive a consciousness workbook to stimulate your introspection and transformation.
You’ll receive the relevant part of the consciousness workbook aligned with your upcoming session. It will arrive in your inbox two weeks before our next meeting, giving you ample time to prepare.
We’ll meet every second week on Zoom, with each session lasting 50 minutes.
You’ll be responsible for booking the meetings, and once enrolled, you’ll receive a link to do so.
To make this transformative experience as smooth as possible for you and your brain, I recommend booking your sessions on the same day and time every other week. This consistency will help reduce mental load, giving your brain one less thing to keep track on.
Please note, because I work with a limited number of leaders, and out of respect for my other clients, meetings cannot be rescheduled once booked. I encourage you to thoughtfully consider your commitment to this journey before scheduling, ensuring you’re fully dedicated to your transformation.
The more time you invest in yourself and your transformation, the faster you’ll progress and see results.
That said, I understand that time is limited. Plan to invest at least 2-3 hours a week to achieve significant results.
